T-World Launch at BKNY Printing Open House

BKNY x T-WORLD
BKNY OPEN HOUSE x T-WORLD NEW YORK ISSUE LAUNCH

THIS SATURDAY, 12 MAY FROM 2PM – 9PM

Over the past half a century, T-shirts have acted as a platform to achieving widespread recognition. On the frontline in New York of this medium is Brooklyn-based BKNY Printing, who are excited to announce an exciting event to celebrate T-shirt life.

To commemorate the arrival of T-world’s New York edition, BKNY Printing are holding an ‘Open House’ at their new location in Bushwick (at 105 Jamaica Avenue, Brooklyn). The event is the seventh in a series of ten being held in conjunction with T-world across New York, to launch the 196-page hard cover edition of the only global T-shirt journal in existence, which has fast become a ‘go-to’ bible for T-shirt enthusiasts.

The first 100 guests at the Open House will receive a custom live-printed T-shirt to celebrate the occasion, and can observe the process of T-shirt screen-printing. There will be guest DJs and a gallery curated by Eddie Zammit, the Australian-born T-shirt obsessive who is the founder, owner and Editor of T-world. Zammit’s extreme passion for the T-shirt medium is reflected in the fact he has 3,500 plus T-shirts in his personal collection.

While mystery still surrounds how a graphic T-shirt is actually made, BKNY Printing are lifting the veil and enabling you to become part of the process. Come join us on Saturday, May 12 from 2pm – 9pm for this one-of-a-kind event.
